I called to cancel this order. A lady answered and said she cancelled it and I will get a refund. 30 min later, I called again because I did not see the status of the order had changed. She assured me that the order was cancelled and I would get the refund in a few days. I still have not received a refund, and the status of the order says "delivered" ?
