Bringdat may integrate with third-party services and platforms including payment providers, delivery providers, and identity platforms such as Meta Platforms, Inc. (Facebook).
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.
If you are under 18 years old, you represent that you have permission from a parent or legal guardian to use the Service.

Payment processing services may be provided by Braintree, a division of PayPal, Inc. By using paid services or completing transactions through Bringdat, you agree to the applicable Braintree agreements, including:
Restaurants using the Bringdat platform are responsible for menu accuracy, pricing, food preparation, delivery, and customer service related to orders.
Bringdat provides technology services but does not prepare food or operate restaurants.
The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind.
Bringdat disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bringdat and its officers, employees, agents, partners, and merchants shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware without regard to conflict of law principles.
Your use of the Service is also governed by the Bringdat Privacy Policy, which describes how personal information is collected, used, and protected.

If you choose to log in using Facebook Login or other third-party authentication services, Bringdat may receive information permitted by the provider's platform policies, such as your public profile information or email address.
