No. Bringdat does not sell your personal information to third parties such as data brokers or other data resellers.

security and fraud prevention providers
technology partners that help us operate ordering experiences for restaurants

Important: Bringdat is an ordering technology platform. Restaurants are responsible for their own privacy practices for orders placed directly with them. This opt-out applies to Bringdat-controlled sharing and tracking.

How Your Opt-Out Request Works

Certain privacy laws define the “sale” or “sharing” of personal information broadly to include the sharing of identifiers or usage information with advertising or analytics partners.

When you submit an opt-out request, Bringdat will disable advertising technologies or data sharing that could be interpreted as a “sale” or “sharing” of personal information where applicable.

You may still see advertisements related to Bringdat or restaurants using Bringdat technology, but they will not be personalized based on your activity.

Depending on your location and applicable privacy laws, you may have the right to request access to the personal information we hold about you, request correction of inaccurate information, or request deletion of your personal data.

What happens when you opt out?

We will add your email to our privacy suppression list for Bringdat-controlled sharing.

You may still see Bringdat-related ads, but they will be less personalized.
